By downloading, installing, or using Dome you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. Description

Dome is a desktop application that connects a local library with people and actions. The primary product is not a web app. You may run local or cloud models depending on your configuration.

3. License

Personal and educational use is permitted. Commercial use requires written permission from the licensor unless a separate agreement says otherwise.

4. Third-party services

Optional integrations (AI, import, calendar, email, social) follow those providers’ terms. Keys and tokens are stored on your device as implemented in the published app.

5. Intellectual property

Content you create in Dome (notes, library, people) remains yours. The Dome name and branding are subject to the repository license and any published brand policy.

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE AUTHORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT DAMAGES OR DATA LOSS ARISING FROM USE.
